Kirsty organised a great afternoon with Laura and her hens, in the ultra stylish Hummingbird in Glasgow. Kicking off the party with a delicious afternoon tea, the girls each made a beautiful unique fascinator – their designs were totally individual and chic. The afternoon had a lovely buzz while they sewed, chattered, giggled and sipped champagne. Here are some photos of the lovely ladies at their class:...

We were contacted by Lynnette who asked if we could run a “Mad Hatter Tea Party” style fascinator making class for Pip’s hen party in Glasgow, a chance which we of course jumped at! We had so much fun designing some fabulous Mad Hatter style fascinator for the ladies to make and added in some great Alice in Wonderland style props for the day (here’s a sneak preview of some of the designs – amazing, no..?! 😉 ) The hen party class was run in their flat in Glasgow and Arabella Bridal’s lovely Danielle went along armed with our Mad Hatter props and designs as well as mountains of materials for the ladies to choose from. They all had lots of fun and made some brilliant Mad Hatter style fascinators which all looked great! They really got into the swing of it and got really creative with some oversized Alice in Wonderland style bows, some mini top hats and plenty of crazy buttons and sparkle! Johnny Depp would be proud…. 😉 Here are a few shots of the lovely ladies having fun and proudly displaying their...
Read MoreWe ran a fantastic hen party fascinator making workshop in a beautiful house in Bearsden in Glasgow recently. Bedecked in stylish coral and green, the fabulous colour scheme for Caroline’s wedding. Marnie and the rest of the hen party got stuck right in making all sorts of fascinators, from birdcage veils to a fabulous multicoloured creation with a little lilac lace train by Marnie’s daughter. A few of the girls got very creative and incorporated some pretty little crocheted butterflies that Marnie had decorated the table with – really cute! The workshop ended with an awesome lunch provided by caterers…and the dancing was just getting started just as we left…a fantastic morning! Thanks so much for the girls – we had such good...
Read MoreArabella Bridal’s lovely Danielle had a fab time running another fascinator making class in Glasgow. The afternoon session was with Lianne and her glamourous hens in the super cool Hummingbird. The girls had the use of their fabulous “Posh Room” for the class and got to work making some amazing pieces. The girls made a fantastic selection of individual and stylish fascinators. A few of the hens had brought along ideas: outfits that they wanted to compliment, or something they particularly liked – others were simply inspired by the materials and made something unique on the day. All the pieces that they made were lovely, lots of architectural shapes and bright summery colours. A huge success…the girls headed off for drinks in the evening sunshine, looking even more stylish in their new fascinators then they did when they arrived! Here are some photos of the lovely hens hard at work and showing off their hand made fascinators....
Read MoreA couple of weeks ago, Arabella Bridal’s lovely Danielle had a stylish afternoon in Glasgow’s swanky West End for another hen party fascinator making class in the chief bridesmaid’s home. It was a fun workshop with a delicious handmade afternoon tea from a vintage tea set, in a beautifully decorated venue with plenty of laughter…and of course an inspired range of fascinators made by the gorgeous hens. A really nice twist at this party with the incorporation of the two families tartans into many of the hens designs. They produced some gorgeous fascinators – well done ladies! Here are some photos from the...
